Situation

For decades, Alaska Airlines has been the Northwest’s local airline of choice. Known for anticipating and addressing the needs of its travelers. But in recent years, Delta moved in and established a competing airline hub, and they'd been garnering new fans ever since.

Alaska Airlines came to us with heart-in-hand, needing to reassert their status as the favorite, and the gift-giving season was the perfect time to do it.

Solution

So we set about to create brand-lead acts of kindness that would solidify Alaska's commitment to it's hometown. The act was based on a simple truth: Holidays are better spent with your friends and family. So Alaska engaged downtown Seattle shoppers with an unexpected gift that turned a wish into reality—and used their business offering to bring people together.

“That’s one of those things you just don’t think happens to you.”
